Dr. Midori completed her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2022 and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph. She is originally from Toronto and moved up to Thunder Bay in 2015 and has since fallen in love with the nature and community she has found there and is happy to call it home.
Her goal is to change the way you feel about healthcare by creating a safe space where you feel heard— leaving you with a better understanding of your body and the tools to live well in the present and the future.
Her areas of interest are PCOS, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Graves disease, Irregular menstrual cycles, PMS, Fatigue, Insomnia, Fertility, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Burnout, Mental health and more.
It is her belief that the body has the ability to heal itself and that when we trust our body’s intuition, we grow confident and know how to respond. It is her goal to help empower you to achieve long-term health that fits your life, is sustainable, and is based on the best evidence. She is here to support you on your health journey; to reclaim your connection to your body through education and compassion.
When she’s not working, you can find her weight lifting, skiing, farming, hiking, at home relaxing, out with friends or eating delicious food.
